Your new company

A leading company in supply chain solutions is looking for a Finance & Business Controller (m/f/d) to reinforce their Financial team.


Your new role

• Analyze financial data to support decision-making (ratio analysis, trend analysis, etc);
• Prepare financial reports that comply with accounting standards and accurately reflect the financial position of the company;
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure financial and operational performance and identify areas for improvement;
• Liaisons with other departments, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement business strategies as well as challenge business performance and perform gap analysis;
• Implements and monitors internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows;
• Perform analysis, interpretation, control and information on the critical management activities;
• Promote regular interaction with the areas/BUs, in order to monitor and measure the evolution of the main indicators of the activity;
• Identify and antecipate project risks and cost overruns and support the implementation of mitigation activities;
• Support product estimation, monitor, review and assure that standard costs are accuratly reflected.

What you'll need to suceed

• Degree in Management, Economics or Finance;
• 6-9 years of experience in similar positions;
• Proficiency in Financial analysis and management controla;
• Experience in Project Controlling;
• Strong understanding of Accounting Legislation and Tax Rules;
• Experience with SAP is a must;
• Fluent in English;
• Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
