We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (ReactJS / NodeJS) who is willing to relocate to join our Client's team in Brussels, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and frontend web applications using a container-based approach with Docker images.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Challenge, investigate ideas, and propose creative solutions.
• Work across the entire architecture (backend to frontend) to design, develop, and support high-quality and scalable products, adhering to a DevOps mindset.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
• Strong development profile with both frontend and backend experience.
• Proficient with CI/CD processes and best practices.
• Proven knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Thorough experience working in or with Agile development teams.
• Advanced backend development experience with NodeJS and ExpressJS.
• Frontend development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Advanced cloud experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
• Advanced DevOps Toolchain experience with Jenkins, Gitlab, Ansible, and Nexus.
• Experience with Monitoring and Service Reliability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.
• Experience with Quality tools such as Fortify, Sonar, and NexusIQ.
• Experience with Design and Methodology concepts like Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Development, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with API Governance including Swagger, Swagger Codegen, and API Management Platform.
• Experience with Microservice design patterns such as gRPC, REST, Circuit Breaker, and API Gateway.
• Experience delivering in an agile scrum environment.
• Knowledge of Spotify Backstage is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of English. French and/or Dutch is an important plus.
• Strong soft skills including being a team player, quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, quick learner, good communication and influencing skills, good analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, commitment and perseverance, ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment, flexible, accurate & control minded, ability to work in a team and with different groups in the organization, assertive and result-oriented, good networking skills, community oriented, teacher/mentor, curiosity, and optimistic.
• Knowledge of the banking/insurance sector is an asset.
• Experience in a large IT organization is preferable.
