We are recruiting a Project Manager to join the delivery team of a leading technology company. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful endtoend delivery of innovative technology projects.
Lisbon (hybrid 1x/week onsite)
Direct contract with the client
What you will do
- Manage projects from kickoff to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and resources are delivered as agreed
- Act as the main interface with clients, managing expectations and fostering longterm relationships
- Gather and analyse business and functional requirements with stakeholders
- Support and guide technical teams to ensure proper understanding and delivery of solutions
- Lead, motivate, and develop project teams in a collaborative environment
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure project profitability, including billing followup and financial control
- Coordinate ongoing support and evolution of delivered solutions
- Document and promote best practices and continuous improvement
- Provide performance feedback to team members and coordinators
What were looking for
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Management, Engineering, or a similar field
- More than 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles, from initiation to closure
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and coaching teams
- Solid experience managing external clients and service delivery contracts
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and riskmanagement skills
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile)
- Businessoriented mindset with focus on project profitability
- (Nice to have) Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, Scrum Master)
