Your New Role
As a Project Design & BIM Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and ensuring the successful integration of engineering, architectural, and technical disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
You will play a key role in project coordination, BIM implementation, stakeholder management, and the delivery of high-quality technical solutions across complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, architecture, and technical specialists.
- Manage design development and project interfaces.
- Lead BIM coordination activities and project collaboration processes.
- Ensure alignment between project requirements, design deliverables, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Support technical reviews and design optimization initiatives.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams comprising engineering, architecture, and technical disciplines.
- Experience working with BIM methodologies and project coordination tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
