About the Company

We are looking for a Production Planning & Control Engineer (m/f/d) to join a thriving international industrial operation abroad. This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals seeking international mobility, hands-on responsibility, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring alignment with defined production plans;
• Monitor performance and prepare productivity reports, identifying and analyzing deviations;
• Ensure planning requirements are met throughout order intake and order management processes;
• Manage minimum stock levels and optimize inventory usage in line with customer demand.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field;
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English (Spanish is a plus);
• Strong command of IT tools, especially Excel and SAP (preferred);
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement;
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Full availability to relocate internationally (mandatory).
