Your new role

• Defining the product vision aligned with the company’s strategy;
• Creating, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog;
• Building strong partnerships across different departments (engineering, marketing, and sales);
• Working hand-in-hand with development teams to guarantee on-time delivery and maintain high standards of quality;
• Engaging proactively in agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor degree in management, IT or similar; At least, 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager;
• Clear understanding of the software development life cycle;
• Strong understanding of banking or financial services products;
• Fluency in English;
• CSPO certification (plus).
