Your New Role
As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a strategic role within the Group’s Information Systems Department. Your mission is to structure and optimize enterprise capabilities to support agility, innovation, and consistency across the global IT landscape. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will help define the Information System roadmap and ensure its alignment with business needs, while navigating a dynamic and evolving environment.
Main Responsibilities
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess integration of new business and solution functionalities.
• Maintain and ensure the quality of enterprise architecture mapping.
• Identify and resolve gaps between the current IS landscape and strategic objectives.
• Develop application and technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and animate architecture communities across business and IT teams.
• Support the transition to a product-oriented IT model and contribute to global IT harmonization.
• Collaborate with international teams to structure business, functional, and data layers.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
• 10+ years of experience in Information Systems, including 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing urbanization plans.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience in business process modeling and architecture governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across global environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Recognized for your rigor, initiative, and strategic thinking.
