Your New Mission
To help us achieve our dreams, we need a DevOps Engineer that shares our vision and goals and wants to help us design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and develop automation that powers our development and deployment pipelines. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. This will help us to reach the objectives of maintaining our solution working 24/7, improving existing features and developing new ones.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Design, maintain and automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines and Artifacts).
- Manage and scale cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates to provision and manage Azure infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and availability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
- Collaborate with development, QA and Operations teams to streamline deployment workflows and improve release cycles.
- Implement security best practices in DevOps workflows, manage secrets and credentials using tools like Azure Key Vault
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the Information Security Management System
- Maintain containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support incident response and root cause analysis for production issues. 

What you need to be succeed
Must have:
- Previous experience in DevOps Engineer role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (preferred) or a related field
- Minimum of 3 or 4 years with proven experience in
o CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
o Using ARM templates (or similar) to provision and manage Azure infrastructure
o Cloud Infrastructure management Azure services with the ability to monitor and optimize cloud resources
- At least 6 months proven experience in
o Understanding security best practices
o Setting up monitoring and alerting using Azure tools (e.g. Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Understanding of DevSecOps (Development, Security, and Operations) principles and secure deployment practices
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English

Nice to have:
- Experience with Data Bricks, Data Factory and Power BI configurations
- Experience with Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Repos
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Administrator, AWS DevOps Engineer)
