Your New Mission
To help us achieve our dreams, we need a Data Scientist that shares our vision and goals and wants to help us by being responsible for the full data mining process, including data collection, cleansing, exploratory analysis, and development of Artificial Intelligence models such as Machine Learning, with the objective of improving existing features and developing new features, and that way improve our product.

As a Data Scientist, you will:
- Analyze and understand data to improve product and build new features
- Perform data analysis and develop predictive models to generate insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design and implement robust ML solutions for our clients
- Help build and improve our Insights tool (generating actionable insights for business improvements)


What you Need to be Succeed
Must have:
- Previous experience in data science role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- At least 1 or 2 years with proven experience in data modeling, data mining and exploratory analysis
- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence models such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing
- Experience in Power BI
- Strong programming skills with Python (preferably) or other programming languages
- Minimum of 3-experience using SQL and with proven experience
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English

Nice to have:
- Experience with Data Bricks and Delta Lakes
- Experience with Data Factory 
- Experience with ETL processes and orchestration
- Experience using Machine Learning tools (like MLflow) and building ML models (algorithms like Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosted Trees, H2O and XGBoost are a plus)
