A leading international group is looking for a Processing Manager (m/f/d).

Your new role

• Coordinate the back-office team, ensuring the efficient execution of activities;
• Define, implement, and improve internal processes to ensure operational excellence;
• Manage and develop the team, promoting a collaborative and productive environment;
• Define and analyze performance metrics of the back-office team and mediate its relationship with other departments of the company;
• Collaborate with various areas of the company to ensure process integration;
• Supervise immigration administrative processes that are initiated and ongoing;
• Interact with registries and other government entities (Social Security, AIMA, AT) involved in immigration processes;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines established by the Management;
• Study, evaluate, and propose new potential business areas to develop within the back-office department based on the analysis of client needs.

What you need to succeed

• Professional experience in similar roles;
• Experience in team coordination;
• Fluent English
