An industrial company is hiring fot its office in Lisbon, a Finance Manager (m/f/d).

Your new role

• Sets up the financial management organization structure and team that match the company's strategic development and trains the talent echelon.
• Establishes and continuously improves accounting policies, financial systems and processes, and promotes their implementation to ensure the effectiveness of design and implementation.
• Organizes and promotes the implementation of annual financial work objectives and tasks, including accounting, financial analysis and reporting, comprehensive budget, cost control, fund management, tax management, etc.
• Organizes the formulation of the company's annual budget, rolling operation forecast, and follows up the achievement of the target.
• Responsible for fund planning, drawing up fund raising and use programs. Ensures the funds needed for the rapid development of the company and ensures the maximum efficiency of the use of funds.
• Responsible for cost management, organizing competitive cost budget, control, analysis and assessment, promoting all departments to reduce consumption, save costs and improve economic benefits.
• Organizes the preparation of annual financial accounts and profit distribution plans of the company.
• Identifies and predicts major financial.

What you need to succeed
We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (or above) Finance / Economics / Accounting/ Business with deep understanding of accounting;
• More than 5 years of financial management experience in large or foreign-funded enterprises;
• English (fluent);
• Certified public accountant.
