Your new role

• Utilize process mining tools to analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for optimization;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process data and develop comprehensive process maps and models;
• Lead process improvement initiatives by implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows and eliminate manual tasks.
• Design and implement automated workflows using industry-standard process automation tools and technologies;
• Monitor automated processes, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management on progress and outcomes.

Your new company

Our client is a technology company, that is a leading global player in their field. They have different innovative projects, namely in IoT. This position will be for their software competence centre in Porto.

What you need to be successful

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar;
• Experience in process improvement, process mining, and process automation roles;
• Proficiency in Celonis;
• Fluency in English.
