Your new role
This professional will be responsible for supporting the business in developing pricing strategies for the main brands and foundational portfolio, ensuring the transition from price to value in business proposals and tenders. The role includes managing all tender-related processes in Portugal, preparing economic offers, conducting competition analysis, and maintaining updated pricing platforms. Additionally, this person will lead annual pricing training, develop dossiers for tender proposals, and act as the main contact point for internal teams and public administrations.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, or Tenders, within the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being desirable. Strong analytical skills, rigor, agility, excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities are essential. A results-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders will be key to success.
