We are currently looking for a Pastry Cook to join our JNcQUOI Pastry team during Summer Season!
This role will be responsible for
- Perform the dough preparation;
- Check the cooking temperatures along the production;
- Coordinate pastry machinery through the production process;
- Finalizes the cake and pastry production;
- Apply safety and hygiene guidelines in all process;
- Support all pastry team on production process;
- Other responsibilities associated with the role.
About you
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Creativity;
- Deep knowledge about pastry recipes and techniques.
