DevOps Engineer Job Description (Servers, Security, CI/CD, In-House Infrastructure)

About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage and secure our in-house infrastructure, automate deployments, and optimize our CI/CD pipeline. You will be responsible for server management, security enforcement, networking, and infrastructure automation.

What You'll Need (Req

1+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or System Admin

istration. Strong experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS) server m

anagement. Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, o

rsimilar). Knowledge of networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, BGP

,routing). Familiarity with security best practices (SSH hardening, IDS/IPS, acces

scontrol). Experience managing Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized env

ironments. Comfortable managing physical hardware (rack-mounted servers, PDUs, UP

Ssystems). Understanding of database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, o

rMongoDB). Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, E

L

K stack).
