Adecco is hiring a Parts Examination Executive, based in Lisbon. The position supports Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation in ensuring the quality, compliance, and integrity of genuine FUSO parts across the European market. Responsibilities include conducting systematic audits, sampling inspections, and defect analyses to uphold product standards and reduce the circulation of nonconforming parts. The role reports to the Customer Service Parts Logistics & Warehouse Consultant and contributes directly to the aftersales network by reinforcing product reliability and customer satisfaction. The Parts Examination Executive will also promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with FUSOs global standards.

What you will Do?
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc audits of incoming parts from suppliers to verify specifications and quality standards
- Perform statistical sampling inspections based on AQL standards to identify trends or recurring issues
- Inspect and validate returned defective parts, classify defects, and determine root causes
- Coordinate with suppliers for return authorization, replacements, or credit notes
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for internal review and support audits with relevant documentation
Your Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or logistics
- Familiarity with ISO standards, AQL sampling, and defect classification
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and quality reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
