Adecco is hiring an RMI Consultant for a client in the commercial vehicle industry, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves ensuring compliance with European RMI regulations for FUSO Trucks and Buses. The consultant will coordinate with stakeholders, including European associations, customers, and external auditors, to implement RMI regulations effectively. Responsibilities include proactively identifying mitigation plans based on ECJ rulings and providing self-declarations to authorities to ensure compliance and prevent legal violations. The consultant will report to the Technical Service & Training Manager at the Regional Office Europe.

What you will Do?
- Evaluate RMI compliance in FUSO EUROPE aftersales systems and processes
- Collaborate with European associations involved in vehicle repair and maintenance instructions
- Assess potential vulnerabilities based on ECJ rulings and implement corrective actions
- Provide tailored solutions to third-party users to comply with RMI regulations
- Schedule and conduct RMI audits with external agencies
Your Skills
- Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical service or diagnostics within the automotive industry
- Proven experience with electronic diagnostic tools and service software
- Strong exposure to Europe regulations and networking with European associations
- Fluency in English; additional European language skills are advantageous
