Adecco is hiring a Market Consultant for New Vehicles in Europe, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is part of the Regional Office Europe, which serves as the regional contact point for Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation. The office supports the full FUSO Trucks and Buses portfolio, ensuring alignment with headquarters in Kawasaki, Japan. Responsibilities include supporting market strategies, business plans, and distributor engagement across assigned territories. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business plan and marketing goals while ensuring operational efficiency.

What you will Do?

• Support the implementation of market management plans and annual business targets
• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks related to territory performance and distributor queries
• Liaise with GDs for timely submission of monthly forecasts and track order pipeline
• Assist in planning and roll-out of market promotion campaigns and initiatives
• Prepare regular performance updates, dashboards, and review presentations

Your Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
• 4-7 years of experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or related B2B sectors
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with commercial vehicle product categories from light to heavy duty
• Excellence in using MS Office tools and dashboard tools for reporting
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Japanese or other European languages is advantageous
