Adecco is hiring a Market Management professional specializing in Order Management and Reporting for Europe, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role serves as a key link between the European markets and headquarters in Japan. Responsibilities include supporting complex reporting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and facilitating effective communication across departments. The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing market management strategies and support the implementation of automated reporting methods, while working closely with international teams and influencing key business decisions.

What you will Do?

• Support complex reporting and planning processes and monitor departmental functions
• Prepare regular reports on key figures from order intake to inventory and market share
• Facilitate monthly sales forecasts and annual business planning for sales and production
• Evaluate existing processes and support new planning and reporting structures
• Provide active order support for all European markets in collaboration with production plants

Your Skills

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering is required
• Professional experience in international sales is desirable
• Strong expertise in sales controlling and analytical thinking skills are essential
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Japanese or other European languages is advantageous
