OTC & Regulatory Affairs Manager

Are you a regulatory expert with a strong scientific background and a passion for animal health? Join our team as an OTC & Regulatory Affairs Manager and take responsibility for a diverse product portfolio across Europe.

About the role:

As OTC & Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will ensure that our veterinary products-particularly non-medicinals-comply with all regulatory requirements and are successfully brought to market. Your role will span regulatory submissions, lifecycle documentation, and close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

• Prepare and maintain dossiers and applications for regulated veterinary products (both medicinal and non-medicinal)
• Write and review sections of registration files in line with project timelines
• Respond to regulatory authority queries during and after registration
• Collaborate with CDMOs and stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and efficacy data are in place
• Manage documentation and coordinate lifecycle changes, including translations and artwork
• Contribute to the regulatory database and maintain up-to-date knowledge of EU legislation and procedures

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Veterinary Sciences, or a related scientific discipline
• Experience with complementary feed, veterinary hygiene products, or biocides
• Familiarity with veterinary medicinal product regulatory procedures (preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple geographies
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); additional European languages are an advantage
