Adecco is hiring a Network Expert for a globally operating commercial vehicle company, joining the Regional Office Europe team based in Lisbon, Portugal. The Network Expert will work closely with headquarters in Kawasaki, Japan, ensuring that the commercial vehicle portfolio meets regional market demands. The position requires experience in sales, aftersales, marketing, or network functions within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Regional Office Europe and play a key role in supporting network strategy and partner management.

What you will Do?

• Conduct dealership audits based on guidelines from the Retail Standards, Consulting & Audit team
• Create and distribute audit reports to partners and internal stakeholders
• Monitor wholesale and retail network performance through audits and KPI tracking
• Facilitate partner and customer visits to headquarters in collaboration with HQ teams
• Support the development and implementation of regional and market-wise network strategies

Your Skills

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, aftersales, marketing, or network functions in the automotive industry
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA is advantageous
• Fluency in English is required; Japanese language skills are highly desirable
• Experience in automotive sales network functions is highly desirable
• Strong relationship management skills with business partners and stakeholders
