Description

  • Achieve outstanding performance in the Off Trade (retail) channel by staying consistently focused on the key commercial priorities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business insights to strengthen and guide the decision-making process.
  • Secure maximum ROI by effectively managing and controlling the customer P&L, aligned with Trade Terms and Net Revenue Management guidelines.
  • Follow clear and standardized business processes and maintain disciplined ways of working.
  • Serve as the category captain for strategic customers, ensuring products are easy to shop, visible and readily available.
  • Expand distribution reach and guarantee impactful execution for innovation rollouts.
  • Deliver high-quality execution of customer-specific plans, leveraging strong awareness of competitor actions and market dynamics.
  • Embed and reinforce capabilities and behaviors through continuous coaching, guidance and role-modelling.
  • Hold responsibility for customer-level P&L decisions, annual commercial agreement negotiations, the Off Trade strategy and Business Plan, and investment allocation to drive sustainable, profitable growth and overall business performance.
  • Lead the full execution of innovation launches, ensuring distribution, visibility, communication and promotional activity are in place.
  • Oversee resource allocation and manage the customer value chain, including the rollout of selling tools and the planning of customer visits and journeys.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management within a commercial role, ideally in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong numerical literacy with solid analytical capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to build strong customer relationships and move seamlessly from planning to execution.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities, commercial acumen and creativity.
  • Positive, solution-oriented profile, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change.
  • Strong team spirit and a highly collaborative approach
