Main Functions:

• Coordinating Cloud solutions' assessment related deliverables

• Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders

• Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality regarding IT Third Parties

• Perform duties related to the administration and follow-up of processes of Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to:

o Key Risk Indicators

o Obsolescence o Shadow/Light IT

o Permanent Controls

o IT Risk Quality o Risks related to third party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutions

o Recommendations follow-up

o Historical Incidents Skills & Basic Features Essential

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise)

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience

• ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable

• Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated

• Fluent in French / Spanish (valuable)

• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel

• Very good organizational and communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.

• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting

• Aim to deliver very high quality results, respecting the deadlines

• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives

• Good listening, questioning ability and result-driven personality

Other details:

• Ability to travel within Portugal

• Ability to travel outside of Portugal
