Your role
For our offices in Porto, we are looking for a Sales Representative - Frames. This person will manage and expand the client portfolio (opticians and retailers), promoting and selling eyewear collections, ensuring that sales targets are met and strengthening the brand's presence in northern Portugal.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of active clients (independent opticians and group franchises).
- Prospect for new clients and identify business opportunities.
- Present frame collections and seasonal new arrivals (Premium and Luxury segments).
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
- Track sell-out and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor the competition and market trends.
- Ensure effective product display at the point of sale.
- Report sales results and activities to management.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in the optical sector).
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English - mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with good organisational and time-management skills.
- Driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay away from home
