Description

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Oversee user access, security settings, and compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Profile

A successful Microsoft 365 Specialist should have:

• Proven experience working with Microsoft 365 solutions in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
• Familiarity with security and compliance configurations within Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals) are a plus.
