Description
The Junior Project Manager we're looking will be responsible for:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverable, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
- Ensure changes to scope, timelines, or resources are properly assessed and controlled.
- Drive continuous improvement procedures.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to resolve challenges and remove blockers.
Profile
A successful Junior Project Manager should have:
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Experience working with Agile or Hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Fluid, Power BI).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience in international or multicultural environments.
