THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and multifaceted Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and impactful campaigns, to develop and execute marketing strategies for both Goldcrest Real Estate and BeGlobal Properties, ensuring alignment while tailoring campaigns to the unique goals and audiences of each brand.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and marketing automation (experience with ActiveCampaign preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing campaigns across paid search, email, and social media (platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads).
  • Hands-on experience in building and optimizing landing pages and lead funnels.
  • Experience in real estate marketing in Portugal, working as part of a marketing team or on related marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the Portuguese real estate market and its regions, including trends and consumer preferences.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work with a variety of tools and software.


ROLE RESPONSABILITIES

  • Define, build, and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to exceed company goals for marketing-qualified leads and opportunity conversions for both brands.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, including social media, paid search, and email, to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to conceptualize and create content for email campaigns, websites, blogs, and social media platforms, tailored to the unique audiences of both brands.
  • Partner with SEO and Customer Success teams to identify FAQs and customer pain points, creating fresh, relevant, and engaging content (e.g., case studies, testimonials, property insights).
  • Design and implement nurturing funnels to convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Analyze, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs for both brands.
