We are looking for a Linux Red Hat System Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Operations team, working on large-scale Cloudera / Hadoop production environments.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of mission-critical Big Data platforms, in close collaboration with infrastructure, security, and platform teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and support Cloudera/Hadoop infrastructures in production environments
• Provide L3 incident support, advanced troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Automate operational tasks using Python and Ansible (deployment, configuration management, monitoring, alerting)
• Ensure HDFS data integrity, replication, and capacity management
• Develop, maintain, and automate monitoring and alerting for services and node health
• Apply patches, upgrades, and configuration changes to maintain security and platform stability
• Manage Kerberos-based authentication, Ranger/Sentry policies, and TLS encryption
• Collaborate with Network, Security, Storage, and Backup teams
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong expertise in Red Hat Linux system engineering and operations
• Solid experience with Python and Ansible for automation
• Good knowledge of JVM and middleware troubleshooting
• Experience with Cloudera/Hadoop environments (or willingness to acquire via training)
• English level B2-C1

Nice to have:

• Big Data certifications (e.g. Cloudera)
• Experience with Kafka, NiFi, or Flume
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
