- Ensuring compliance with Group controlling standards and reporting requirements.
- Supporting continuous improvement of controlling processes, systems, and data quality.
Profile
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Financial Analysis, in industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Management Accounting
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Manufacturing and Operations Controlling
- Investment and Profitability Analysis
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- High level of IT affinity and advanced user knowledge of ERP and reporting systems.
