We are looking for a Junior Settlement Officer.



Main Tasks:

  • Process and settle financial transactions accurately and on time
  • Verify trade details and settlement instructions
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of settlements and transactions
  • Communicate with banks, brokers, and internal teams
  • Monitor settlement deadlines and follow up on pending items
  • Assist in preparing settlement and reconciliation reports
  • Support senior settlement officers with daily operations



Main Skills & Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).



Hybrid Role in Lisbon (First months on-site 100%)
