The IT Solutions Architect Power Platform & Copilot will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to support business goals associated to a global digital transformation project. This role is based in Porto and involves leveraging Power Platform and Copilot tools to deliver innovative solutions.

Description

• Responsibility for the operation, stability, and continuous development of the Power Platform and Copilot.
• Guide the adaptation of new technologies and processes, in alignment with both business objectives and IT roadmap.
• Support a cross-functional team in designing and delivering solutions on Power Platform and Copilot on time and within budget.
• Own and maintain Power Platform governance standards, security controls, and best practices.
• Support the administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Power Platform, Copilot and Copilot Studio, and related services.
• Define the target architecture and solution design patterns for Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
• Support the life cycle management of Copilot agents and future enterprise agent governance solutions.

Profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in delivering enterprise-scale solution architecture, particular in Power Platform-Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) (Mandatory).
• Min 1 years of experience with Copilot Studio, AI agents, and enterprise governance concepts (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in data integration and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and all related technologies.
• Experience with Power Platform governance, security, and compliance frameworks Microsoft Certification (preferred).
• Languages: English; German is a plus
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in dynamic and collaborative environments.
