Your new role
As IT Quality & Migrations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping quality standards while orchestrating the transition of business processes into a centralised service environment. Acting at the intersection of governance, operations and transformation, you will define how quality is designed, measured and continuously improved, while ensuring that international service migrations are delivered smoothly and with minimal business disruption.
You will work closely with country teams, operational leaders and SSC stakeholders to align processes, manage risk and embed a strong quality culture throughout the organisation.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure consistency and operational excellence across the Shared Services Centre
  • Define and drive the roadmap towards ISO 9001 certification, including governance, documentation and readiness activities
  • Establish, analyse and report quality KPIs, ensuring alignment with global business objectives
  • Plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end process migrations from local entities to the SSC
  • Act as a central coordination point between country management and SSC operational teams
  • Ensure all transitions comply with the defined Target Operating Model (TOM)
  • Anticipate risks and bottlenecks during migrations, implementing mitigation plans to safeguard business continuity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service catalogues, aligned with operating models and migration scope
  • Build and manage an internal audit framework, identifying improvement opportunities and driving corrective actions
  • Lead change management activities related to quality and process transformation, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment

What you’ll need to succeed
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, Project or Transition Management
  • Previous exposure to Shared Services or Global Business Services environments (highly valued)
  • Solid understanding of process mapping, documentation and operational governance
  • Experience working with KPIs, audits and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent organisational resilience and a pragmatic, revolutioneering mindset
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
