Reporting to the Technology Director, the Senior IT Program Manager will be responsible for leading strategic technology projects, ensuring successful delivery while aligning business objectives with technology initiatives.

Description

• Lead and manage IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery;
• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, timelines and resource allocation;
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure clear responsibilities and accountability;
• Act as the main liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, translating operational needs into effective technology solutions;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions when necessary;
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into operational support and business adoption;
• Provide regular project reporting and support data-driven decision-making;
• Identify market trends and innovation opportunities that can support the organisation's strategic objectives;
• Foster strong stakeholder engagement and establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve project outcomes;
• Conduct post-project reviews, identifying lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT Project or Program Management roles;
• Proven experience leading complex technology projects and managing multiple stakeholders;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PM2, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum;
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and cloud technologies;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Fluent English communication skills;
• Excellent communication, organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities;
• Proactive mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
