An innovation-driven medical technology growth company dedicated to developing clinically differentiated solutions, powered by a culture of continuous improvement, global talent and innovation, is looking for an International Supply Planner - English Speaker (m/f/d), that will be fully accountable for managing a defined product portfolio, ensuring optimal product availability while adhering to inventory targets and constraints defined by management.
Reporting directly to the International Supply Chain Manager, this role includes diverse responsibilities ranging from purchase order management to inventory analysis, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage end-to-end planning activities for a designated portfolio of products across multiple international locations.
Ensure optimal product availability, balancing customer service levels and inventory constraints.
Execute internal and external ordering processes, managing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate order records.
Regularly analyze, report, and present inventory levels and replenishment activities, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities.
Lead initiatives in continuous improvement (EGX projects) to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain clear planning processes, along with establishing key performance indicators to measure and report on performance.
Actively propose solutions and actions to continuously enhance supply chain effectiveness and responsiveness.
Communicate effectively within an international environment, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse and Oracle ERP systems
Proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain roles.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) essential; proficiency in other languages advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work autonomously with full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
A strong team player, capable of influencing and engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
