An innovation-driven medical technology growth company dedicated to developing clinically differentiated solutions, powered by a culture of continuous improvement, global talent and innovation, is looking for an Marketing & Events Coordinator - French Speaker (m/f/d).


Your new role
Operational & Digital Marketing
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and management of marketing materials.
  • Monitor stocks of marketing and merchandising materials.
  • Identify new suppliers and propose innovative tools.
  • Manage administrative and budgetary aspects: create purchase orders, request quotes, monitor budgets, and set up new suppliers.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing tools.
  • Contribute to the creation of digital content (visuals using Canva, social media posts, blog articles, etc.).
  • Update company websites and suggest improvements to both content and design, including functionalities, layout, SEO, and user experience (UX).
  • Conduct active monitoring of our employer brand and help implement an action plan to enhance it (Google rating, SEO, initiatives, etc.).
Events Management
In collaboration with the Event Coordinator in France:
  • Contribute to defining the event strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives, notably through the identification of relevant events based on target audiences.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in event organization (logistics, communications, consultants, technical teams, etc.).
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and manage DMOS and “Loi Bertrand” compliance declarations.
  • Update marketing dashboards related to events (regional and national budgets).
  • Promote events and manage communications with participants.
  • Assess participant satisfaction and analyze results to improve future editions.
What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in a similar role within a comparable organization.
  • Strong command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of social media and digital communication.
  • Rigorous, well-organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
  • Fluent in French (C2 level).
  • English level B1/B2: comfortable working in an international environment.
