We are looking for an International Corporate Recruiter to join our International Recruitment team. You will play a central role in attracting and selecting specialized talent for strategic positions at a global level, collaborating with stakeholders across different markets and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Management, and technical profiles across multiple geographies
- Develop active sourcing strategies and build qualified talent pipelines
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates with rigor
- Act as a business partner to hiring managers, ensuring alignment between business needs and recruited profiles
- Deliver a standout candidate experience throughout the entire process
- Keep the ATS up to date and produce regular reporting on recruitment metrics
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and brand positioning in target markets
- Conduct market analyses, talent benchmarking, and competitive mapping
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international contexts
- Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of German, Italian, French, or Polish is valued
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented with autonomy in managing multiple processes simultaneously
- Proactive and analytical profile with a genuine interest in international and multicultural environments
