Adecco is recruiting an Incoming Mobility Advisor for a higher education institution in business and economics with an international student population. The role supports incoming international students in academic mobility programs, ensuring compliance with institutional procedures and deadlines while coordinating with partner institutions and internal stakeholders throughout the mobility process.

What You Will Do?

Provide support to international students within academic mobility, in person, by phone, and via email.

Manage and respond to email communications, ensuring timely and appropriate information sharing with students and partner institutions.

Review applications from incoming mobility students, ensuring compliance with established criteria and institutional deadlines.

Ensure full management of the student acceptance process, from application receipt through communication of the final decision.

Manage and monitor institutional communications addressed to international students throughout the entire mobility process.

Update and maintain relevant information on internal platforms, including SharePoint, institutional websites, and databases.

Your Skills

Ability to analyze and manage academic mobility applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines and institutional procedures.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple processes simultaneously, especially during peak periods.

Teamwork skills, proactivity, and adaptability to multicultural environments in an academic context.

Strong motivation and aptitude for direct interaction with people in an institutional context.

Previous experience in customer service, which is considered an asset for this position.
