IAM Consultant / SailPoint Specialist (Build & Run)

Location: Porto, Portugal (Hybrid/Remote options)

Context:

As an IAM Specialist, you will be the guardian of digital identities, ensuring that the right people have the right access to the right resources at the right time. In a highly regulated financial environment, your role is a critical pillar of global financial security.

Missions:

You will be responsible for both the evolution (Build) and the stability (Run) of the SailPoint ecosystem.

• Engineering & Build:
• Design and develop custom connectors and workflows within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Perform complex Java/BeanShell coding for business rules and correlation logic.
• Integrate new applications into the IAM lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, Leavers).

• Operations & Run:
• Ensure high availability of the IAM platform and resolve Level 3 incidents.
• Manage identity aggregation, task scheduling, and troubleshooting.
• Support audit campaigns and access certifications to meet strict regulatory requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Core Tool: Deep hands-on experience with SailPoint (mandatory) (IIQ is a must).
• Development: Strong proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting.
• Infrastructure: Solid understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL databases.
• Architecture: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Language: Fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese or French is a plus.
