The Opportunity

As a key driver of our firm's growth and a specialist in HR & HRIS expertise, you will lead our clients through large-scale HR transformations. Joining mc2i means becoming part of a "human adventure" within the leading independent consulting firm. For over 36 years, we have orchestrated major strategic shifts for HR departments across France and internationally.

You will provide high-level functional expertise, proposing innovative solutions for a rapidly evolving HR landscape. Managing end-to-end projects for major private and public sector accounts, you will mentor a dedicated team of consultants within a company ranked 3rd in the 2023 Great Place to Work France (1,000-2,500 employees).

Your Key Responsibilities

Acting as a strategic conductor for your scope, you will oversee:

• Project Leadership & Delivery: Steer end-to-end programs including HRIS consulting, feasibility studies, software selection (AMOA), deployment, and change management.
• Team Leadership: Provide close-knit management, coaching, and career development for your consultants.
• Strategic Growth: Drive the development of our HR & HRIS service offerings.
• Internal Innovation: Be a proactive force in developing our internal expertise and leading transformation projects.
• Business Development: Contribute to the commercial expansion of our offerings and client portfolio.

Your Profile:

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a large corporation, a consulting firm, or an IT services company within the Human Resources sector. You are fluent in French and Proficiency in English is a significant asset.

Throughout your career, you have developed solid skills enabling you to lead large-scale projects and manage teams.

Passionate about Human Resources, digital transformation, and technological innovation, you wish to join a dynamic and dedicated team to work on high-value-added projects.

Possessing a strong sense of service, you are autonomous with the soul of a leader. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude: you and your teams will know how to make a difference for our clients!
