Your Mission:

-Create inspiring and bold content for TikTok & Instagram

-Film and edit short videos that show our energy, our culture, and our candidates' stories

-Capture real moments, behind-the-scenes clips, and meaningful messages

-Stay ahead of social trends and turn ideas into content that moves people

-Work directly with the marketing team to grow our visibility

You're the right fit if

-You're based in Lisbon and speak English fluently

-You know TikTok and IG like the back of your hand (hooks, trends, sounds, edits)

-You're creative, hands-on, and love telling stories through video

-You're proactive, reliable, and ready to own the process from idea to post

-You believe content can inspire, inform and create change
