About the Role
As Head of Global Immigration & Ops, you'll wear three high-impact hats:
- Senior Tax & Immigration Strategist
- Operations & Client Success Architect
- Revenue-Generating Rainmaker
You will build and lead the end-to-end function-from designing legal products to managing case teams, owning sales and client success, and launching new markets. You'll bridge legal, operations, and product by turning technical complexity into scalable solutions and seamless client journeys.
Your Key Responsibilities
Tax & Immigration Strategy
- Architect tax-optimized immigration pathways across Zerra's focus markets: Portugal, Spain, UAE, Thailand, and more.
- Design scalable legal "bundles" combining international tax compliance, immigration workflows, documentation, and pricing.
- Interpret fast-changing global mobility regulations and turn them into usable frameworks and client solutions.
- Lead complex client cases as technical advisor, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic value.
- Drive expansion into new jurisdictions: source and onboard local legal/tax partners and build new country offerings.
? Operations & Product Execution
- Build and scale the core operations team: recruit and manage case managers, tax advisors, and support staff.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to codify legal logic-powering automation, decision-trees, and compliance flows.
- Lead service delivery with a tech-forward mindset, balancing quality with operational leverage.
Client Success, Sales & Growth
- Act as the senior face of Zerra for founders, investors, and relocation clients.
- Co-own strategic sales: tailor solutions, pitch to clients, and close complex relocation deals.
- Track success metrics across onboarding, support, and long-term client satisfaction.
- Continually refine how we match client needs with the right productized offering.
