Your new Role

The Global Pricing Manager will own the global Pricing Strategy for the Personal Care and Coatings business units. This person will ensure value-based price positioning, Pricing consistency, and margin optimization across product categories and regions, connecting market insights, cost structures, and commercial execution to drive profitable growth.

This person will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including the Sales, Finance, Strategic Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Data teams, acting as a key partner in aligning Pricing strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.

The Global Pricing Manager will:
  • Lead product category Pricing Strategy, developing and deploying value-based frameworks aligned with margin targets and competitive dynamics;
  • Define and standardize pricing models across regions, incorporating structured local input;
  • Own market and competitor pricing intelligence, including benchmarking and customer willingness-to-pay analysis;
  • Translate market insights into clear pricing actions, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks;
  • Drive cost-to-serve analysis and monitor margin quality, including price realization and margin leakage;
  • Own pricing execution across the portfolio (new products, lifecycle changes, price lists and discount structures);
  • Establish and enforce pricing governance frameworks, including approval processes and decision standards;
  • Enable dynamic pricing approaches to optimize asset utilization and profitability;
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales on pricing negotiations, commercial agreements, and contract renewals;
  • Define requirements and promote pricing dashboards to monitor profitability and performance.

A typical day will include defining Pricing strategies, analyzing market and cost data, supporting commercial negotiations, aligning stakeholders across functions, and ensuring effective execution of Pricing initiatives to drive margin improvement and business growth.

Please consider that this role requires availability for regular international travel – approximately 30% of the time per year.


What you will need to succeed

As a Global Pricing Manager, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
  • MBA (would be a plus);
  • + 8 years of experience in B2B environments, within Pricing, Finance, Marketing, or Commercial roles in multinational organizations;
  • Experience developing and implementing Pricing Strategies in complex and multi-region environments;
  • Experience in advanced Pricing analytics and financial modelling;
  • Experience working with Data visualization and Pricing tools (Power BI);
  • Strong Pricing Strategy capability, managing interdependencies between cost, volume, capacity, and customer segments;
  • Strong Commercial and Financial judgement, balancing profitability, customer value, and market dynamics;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence decision-making;
  • Ability to translate Data and Market insights into actionable Pricing decisions;
  • Understanding of Pricing Strategy execution within complex global environments;
  • Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
