Description

• Oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and ensure their efficiency;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices;
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations in P2P operations;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues;
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on P2P processes;
• Analyze and report on P2P performance metrics to drive decision-making;
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments and dispute resolutions;
• Support the implementation and maintenance of P2P systems and tools.

Profile

• Proven experience in the accounting and finance field, particularly in P2P processes;
• Strong understanding of the industrial industry;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA and X-Flow is mandatory;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
