Responsibilities

• Create and monitor a control system, procedures, and form for recording fixed assets.
• Record acquisitions and dispositions of fixed assets in the accounting system.
• Conduct periodic reviews of the fixed asset schedule to determine as per provisions.
• Carry out depreciation for all fixed assets.
• Support of all requirements of government investment incentive programs.
• Support in preparation of financial accounts.
• Support in preparation of fiscal declarations.
• Support for fulfilling statutory requirements (including taxes).
• Organize and support all activities surrounding the annual audit performed by external auditors.
• Accounting reconciliations.
• Propose improvements and actions to improve the level of service in your area of expertise.
• Complete reports accurately and timely and in accordance with established corporate controls and accounting principles.
• Comply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations Code of Ethics, Practice and Schedule.
• Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules.
• Respect and comply with environmental policy rules.
• Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which he was hired, when the needs or convenience of the service justify it, for the period necessary for the said needs or conveniences of service.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management.
• Two or more years of experience.
• Good accounting skills.
• Certified accountant (CC) (mandatory).
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese) are an advantage.
• Experience with SAP (especially FI) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge in Excel (preferable).
• Experience in automotive industry (preferable).
• Results Oriented.
• Interpersonal Communication.
• Comfortable working in a global matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
