Adecco is recruiting a Fundraising Manager for our client, a leading higher education institution specializing in business and economics. In this position, you will be responsible for executing fundraising initiatives with a focus on scholarship funding, individual giving, and flagship campaigns that leverage digital engagement tools. Working closely with senior fundraising leadership, you will support the delivery of the clients 20262028 Fundraising Plan, contributing to an overall revenue target of 13.3M and to key institutional priorities such as the Endowment Fund. The role involves translating strategic fundraising objectives into actionable plans and ensuring effective coordination across multiple initiatives. You will engage diverse stakeholder groups, including students, alumni, corporate and institutional partners, and the wider community, particularly through institutional events, executive education programs, and other flagship activities.

What You Will Do?

Execute and coordinate fundraising campaigns across key stakeholders and platforms, including students, alumni, corporate partners, institutional partners, and the wider community.

Design and implement fundraising initiatives focused on scholarship funding, individual giving, and flagship campaigns such as digital engagement tools to support revenue and strategic goals.

Manage the commercial fundraising pipeline, from prospecting and opportunity identification through cultivation, solicitation, and securing funding commitments from diverse donors and partners.

Lead and implement the Fundraising Communication Plan for internal and external stakeholders in close collaboration with the Communications team to generate impact awareness and fundraising.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and work with senior fundraising leadership to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and effective execution of fundraising initiatives across the organization.

Promote an internal culture of giving among staff, faculty, and students, encouraging active participation in fundraising initiatives and institutional campaigns.

Monitor performance, track key performance indicators, and support continuous improvement across fundraising activities by providing analytical input and feedback.

Your Skills

Strong experience in commercial roles or in managing campaigns and projects within fundraising, development, or closely related professional environments.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to engage donors, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively across multiple channels and settings.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and simultaneous initiatives while maintaining clear priorities, deadlines, and consistent quality of delivery.

Strategic mindset with strong organizational and execution capabilities to translate fundraising objectives into structured, actionable plans and initiatives.

Analytical skills to track performance indicators, interpret data, and support informed decision-making across fundraising campaigns and donor engagement efforts.

Collaborative and proactive working style with high levels of autonomy and accountability in managing responsibilities and driving agreed outcomes.
