Context & Project Overview

We are currently looking for FIP Systems Analyst profiles as part of a market observation initiative.

This activity aims to better understand market availability and align with potential future client needs. It is not an active position at this stage, and no technical interviews or validations will be required.

The role would be part of finance related transformation projects, supporting the definition, implementation and evolution of financial information systems.

Role Overview

As a FIP Systems Analyst, you will support the functional and technical phases of finance and accounting system projects.

The role bridges business needs and technical implementation, ensuring accounting frameworks, data flows and control mechanisms are clearly defined and properly implemented across financial systems.

What You Will Do

• Contribute to the functional and technical specification of FIP related projects
• Define operational and accounting schemes, as well as control frameworks, based on the global needs expressed by the FIP Project Manager during pre study phases
• Define the structure of data flows and required information to feed finance systems
• Document functional and technical specifications for implementation by:
• Operating Systems IT
• Financial IT systems
• FIP Engineering teams (notably for accounting interpreter parametrization)
• Support and implement evolutions of the accounting interpreter for adopted solutions
• Contribute to the testing strategy to ensure solution quality and compliance
• Provide aftercare and functional support to reporting users once solutions are live

Core Skills & Experience

• Experience with financial information systems
• Strong background in functional and/or technical analysis
• Experience working in project environments, including coordination or project management activities
• Ability to work with structured documentation and specifications
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting
• Knowledge of banking products or capital markets products
• Experience in financial transformation or accounting system projects

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
• Clear communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in multi team, international environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Professional communication skills in English
