The Functional Expert - Project Manager is mainly in charge of providing support to Group Finance (Consolidation, FP&A, Holdings) and Regions, proposing process improvements, following evolution and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.
Description
- Manage the planning and follow-up committees
- Manage the Change Request with the Business and GFSP Teams
- Define the strategy of test
- Monitor/Ensure the pre-tests
- Help the Business to cover the tests and validation
- Communicate on evolution
- All responsibilities associated to managing a project as a PMO: prepare the project (define governance, key tools, milestones and reporting); monitor project (manage committees, communicate delays and risks, monitor executing and update in real time, in between others) and secure go-live and post go-live phases
Profile
- Degree in IT or Finance with 3 to 5 years' experience in FP&A or Consolidation domain
- Solid background in HFM & Essbase. TAGETIK would be a plus
- Solid background in BI solutions. Power BI would be a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite (XL, Word, PowerPoint…)
- Fluent level of English
- Project management skills

- Strong team spirit, diplomacy, and proactive attitude
- Good level of communication
