Your profile:
- Proven experience in executive recruitment or specialized consultancy
- Strong commercial orientation and ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Collaborative mindset, strategic vision, and passion for people
