Gudilicious is a fast-growing catering company known for its creativity, quality, and excellence in service. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to the Founder and support the overall management of the company.
This is not a traditional assistant role - we are looking for someone who can think strategically, take ownership, and help drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Founder in the day-to-day management of the business
- Oversee and coordinate teams across commercial, operations, and kitchen
- Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to delivery
- Support business development and commercial strategy
- Manage internal processes to improve efficiency and organization
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service
- Identify operational improvements and implement solutions
Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar role (hospitality, events, or catering is a strong plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Leadership ability and confidence managing teams
- Highly proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours
