Digital Platforms Officer to manage and optimise the use of iSAMS, OpenApply, and Airtable across our schools in Portugal, Belgium, and Latvia. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, providing technical support, standardising processes, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with policies across the region.
Description
- Platform Administration: Configure and manage iSAMS, OpenApply, and Airtable to support the schools' operational needs, ensuring consistency and integration
- Data Oversight: Maintain accurate, up-to-date data while enforcing standardised procedures and compliance with regulations
- Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for platform issues, resolving them via the Helpdesk system
- Policy Development: Create, review, and implement policies to ensure consistency and best practices across all schools
- Training: Develop and deliver training for school staff, including guides and documentation for platform use and data management
- Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with vendors and group teams to resolve issues, implement improvements, and align systems with broader organisational goals
- Leadership: Lead initiatives to enhance data processes, monitor compliance, and provide guidance on following protocols
Profile
- Strong expertise in iSAMS, OpenApply, and Airtable
- Proven experience in data management, policy creation, and technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to deliver effective training and support across diverse teams
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with educational systems and data security best practices is an advantage
